Students must download this version of the client and enter the connection URL when prompted. This client download link is not provided on A-State’s public site as it is currently restricted to specific groups of students and there are plans to retire it at some point in the future.

This ticket will be sent to the department chair for approval. Once approved, you will be added to the VPN permissions list and will be able to download the client.
Note: VPN access will be automatically revoked after 6 months of inactivity. You will need to submit another ticket to regain access.
